The center would allow only 1 law firm per area of practice to prevent conflicts as to the referrals. The center is fully automated with the latest technology.

The space

The center is monitored via security cameras, remote door access, most advance 4g security system with live notification, remote alarm system, and individual access codes. This will give you 24 hour access to the building.

The firms have to adapt to a fully digital paper reduced technology as we do not have any filing cabinets. We can assist with getting your started.

There will always be receptionist greeting your clients and guest and welcoming them with complimentary coffee, tea, water, and other beverages.

1 SCALABLE SPACE

We have various office sizes for you and your assistants. To save money, you can rent a big office for yourself and small one for your assistant.

2 ALL INCLUDED

All utility bills and services mentioned here will be included in the lease. Each room has a LAN connection and wifi connection for you and your guest.

3 Flexible

We have various lease options, month to month, 3 month lease, 6 month lease, and 12 month lease.

 PRICING

Price includes access to two large conference rooms and a 13×14 meeting room that are equipped with the latest technology for screen mirroring, presentation and conference. Fresh Coffee, Tea, Water will be provided to keep your team fueled up. There will also be an option to put your name on the monument sign, directory, and even inside the building based on availability.
